The aim of this workshop is to:
Let you know what to expect so that you can be as prepared as you can be
Talk about the things that no one talks about honestly so you know what to expect physically and emotionally.
Take the pressure off in terms of returning to normal too quickly and having realistic expectations about your new pace of life.
Build your confidence so that you can trust your own gut instinct rather than second guessing yourself / your decisions.
Help you to relax and follow your babies cues rather than stressing yourself out with the advice / baby books.
Give your partner some information about what is going on for you so that they are able to support you and also talking about the changes that they go through themselves.
Help you find your people – we’ll talk about the importance of community and I’ll give you some ideas of how you can make friends locally.
